Data processing policy

1. Controller

[Name or company name], [ID or tax number], domiciled in [City], [Address], email hola@viartificial.com, phone [Phone], is the controller of the personal data collected on viartificial.com.

2. What data we collect

Only what you write in the contact form: the decision or question you tell us about, your company, your name and your work email. We also keep the date and time you authorized the processing, the exact text you accepted and, if you came from one of our products, which one.

We do not store your IP address. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you pause the motion on the site, your browser remembers that preference; it never leaves your device.

3. What we use it for

Only to answer your request and, if you ask us to, to prepare a proposal. We do not use it to send you advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties.

4. Who else processes it on our behalf

  • Hostinger International Ltd. (Cyprus) hosts the site, the database where your request is stored and the VIARTIFICIAL mailbox.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) uses Turnstile to check that whoever sends the form is a person and not an automated program. To do so it reads technical signals from your browser, such as your IP address and browser type; it does not receive what you write in the form. The check is resolved with a single-use code: we do not use its pre-clearance mode, which sets a cookie.

Cyprus and the United States are on the list of countries with an adequate level of protection of the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (Circular Externa 005 of 2017, section 3.2).

5. How long we keep it

We keep your request for 24 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Then we delete it.

6. Your rights

Under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, article 8, you can:

  • know, update and correct your data;
  • ask for proof of the authorization you gave us;
  • find out, on request, how we have used it;
  • file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce;
  • revoke the authorization and ask us to delete your data;
  • access your data free of charge.

7. How to exercise them

Write to hola@viartificial.com. Handled by [Person or area in charge].

  • Inquiries: we answer within 10 business days. If we cannot, we tell you why and the new date, no more than 5 business days later (Law 1581, article 14).
  • Claims (correct, update, delete or revoke): we answer within 15 business days, extendable by up to 8 business days with notice. If a claim is missing information, we ask you to complete it within 5 days; after 2 months without a reply, the claim is considered withdrawn (Law 1581, article 15).

8. Validity

This policy applies from [Publication date]. The database remains in place while the purpose in section 3 lasts. If we change anything substantial, we publish it here before applying it.
